The Identification screen is one of many demographic screens used either when booking an offender into an institution, or when performing an intake on an offender for community work. The Identification screen records various offender characteristics such as citizenship, height, weight, and build. You can also capture or view images from here.
For institutional work: if you haven't used a formpath through the
booking sequence, select Institutions

For community work: if you haven't used a formpath through the intake
sequence, select Community

Click on Next Block to move to the Origins block. The Origins block shows the offender's gender and birthplace as recorded on the Assign Offender # screen. If the information is not there or is incorrect, fill in:
City/Town of Birth: type in the name of the offender's birthplace; optional.
Country: select from the List of Values the offender's country of origin; mandatory.
Gender: select from the List of Values the offender's gender; mandatory.
Click on Next Block to move to the Identification block.
In the Identification block, fill in as much information as possible. The fields available have been customized by your TAG application administrator.
Most of these fields have a List of Values available. If they do not, type in the information.
The Height field accepts three digits for height in centimeters.
For Year Entered Country (if applicable), type in the year (4 digits).
When you have filled in the screen, click on Save.
From the Identification block, click on Next Block to advance to the next screen in the booking or intake sequence.
